Pizza Hut - Lincoln

I ordered pizzas at 7:10 PM but was informed by the tracker on the website that delivery would be at 8:10 PM. I did not receive any communication from the restaurant, so I had to call and follow up. The order arrived over an hour late and the response from the restaurant was simply a bunch of pathetic excuses. I will not be ordering from them again.

Food was delivered very quickly and tasted great. Delivery driver was Kieran who very polite and followed all contact free delivery rules :

During a lockdown, what do you do? Order a great pizza deal. The delivery was on time and the pizza was piping hot. Brilliant!

I ordered two pizzas at 11:07 pm when the restaurant claimed to still be open. They promised delivery in no more than 30 minutes, but the pizzas never arrived. I was left hungry and feeling like I had wasted my time. Complete joke.
