Stopped here on a road trip to Colorado and everything we tried was amazing!! The soul bowl and brown butter cornbread were the perfect combination and the side salad was generously portioned with the best greens and dressing! Will make a point to drive through Lincoln again just for Juju's.
I will leave reviews on every medium that asks because the food is SO GOOD! So good that I have carnivore co workers hooked on this deliciousness. I order at least once a week when visiting Lincoln for work and it is the only thing that makes these trips worth it other than a paycheck ???? I still want to pack them up and bring them back to ATL with me. BTW pictured is the spicy seitan strips, garlic green beans, and hush puppies.
There is so much good flavor in this creation it's hard for me to distinguish individual flavors. I just have never had anything like this before! Five stars! The Étouffée features an organic blend of oyster, white and brown mushrooms. There is a mound of jasmine rice in the middle. It is accompanied by a crusty, chewy ciabatta from @_lequartier_ . The bun is slathered in a whipped plant-butter blend with the Chef?s signature 7 herbs and fresh garlic. For size reference, the diameter of the bottom of the bowl is 5 and 3/4 of an inch, the top of the bowl diameter is 6 and 1/4 of an inch. The depth of the bowl is 2 inches. For me it is a two serving meal.
Yassssss!! This place is amazing! Food at a reasonable price and so tasty! I loved how they cooked the tofu! The lovely lady that helped me was so friendly and kind! Helped me figure out what I wanted! The curry was top notch and a good helping! I was able to eat it for 2 lunches! I will be going back!
