KFC - Lindsay

This was the worst KFC I've ever been to in terms of customer service they wouldn't adhere to my order after they've messed it up the day before.

Yes, they recently got crispy back !! Been going here for the last 4-5 years Service has always been friendly.

Seems that changed ownership/management, got chicken on last Thursday, opened up when we got home and the pieces were small, was not coated properly, looks

Stopped and got dinner. Got two five dollar fill ups. My wife got the chicken bowl which she said was fine, but I got the Kentucky flatbread and it was terrible. The fries were cold and the piece of chicken in the flatbread was as tough as a piece of boot leather. I always believe in second chances, but this is the third time that I have been served cold and disgusting food. The other two times I filled out the receipt survey and asked for a call and to this day...no call. They do not care. KFC Lindsay....you have lost two customers. Someone from Head Office needs to get up here and look at the way this place does business.

The food and service was decent but the place was so cramped for space you could barely move. Customers were walking over each other to get their own drinks and the tables were basically on top of each other. The parking was just as bad. They would have received a higher rating if they were in a larger location.
