I'm starting to worry about Starbucks ! Lately it's been issue after issue. Today, I ordered a Venti Caramel Macchiato, however I received milky water. Just why? Any other time I would welcome a coffee filled completely to the top however this was a major disappointment ! Coffee spilling in my vehicle because the cup rim was slightly smashed so the top was not secured. Please check the cups before you make the coffee. We pay way too much money for these items only to not have it up to the original standards that you have set.

This is the worst Starbucks in the area: they consistently refuse to make my mobile order until I arrive. I have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes after I order 10-15 mins prior to arrival. What’s the point in mobile ordering? Please fix this issue. They need to prioritize more appropriately. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
