Trufood Cafe - LIONS HEAD

My experience at this cafe was very pleasant. The food was good, the coffee was hot and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone.

I finally stopped in on my way to work one morning. I picked up a roast beef sandwich and broccoli salad to have for lunch. It was so good far better than any of the lunches I make for myself!!! Will stop again this morning to pick up lunch again!

Great little place to stop for vegan and regular food to satisfy your non-vegan friends. Enjoyed a vegan panini, chickpea, spinach “feta” cheez (from violife) salad, and a tahini chocolate chip cookie. What I was most pleasantly surprised by is that most of their baked goods (freshly made on-site by the looks of them) are vegan. Highly recommend!

Gem of a place! Excellent service, the Tuna Sandwich was unbelievably fresh and delicious. Knowledgeable ladies, it was a pleasure interacting with you all. I even bought some nice jewelry as gifts to take for family. Certainly will stop every time we are in that area. Highly recommended.

I had a absolutely delightful lunch meal there last week (Victoria Day)! Love the sandwiches and freshly made smoothies. Cookies are delicious and love love their customer service! All the ladies working there are darling sweetheart
