Bravissimi tutti, dallo chef, abile mano francese che crea arte con ingredienti portoghese, allo staff, gentile, disponibile, simpatico, informale. Ostriche mai provate con questa eleganza, ma anche il wine pairing è estremamente originale. Meritano due stelle e le avranno.

Locale elegante nel centro di Lisbona.Cucina di tendenza ,con largo uso di alghe e fiori,con buoni risultati anche se tendenzialmente un po’ salata.Particolarmente buono l’agnello con salsa di acciughe.Porzioni molto piccole,dovrebbero capire che sono passati i tempi in cui mangiare poco fa chic.Servizio attento,prezzi alti.
