Fantastic carbonara. Usually, restaurants will add cream to this dish, which isn't the traditional way, but here you will find the authentic way of cooking it. Also had the cannoli, which was delicious. They also have groceries and a lot of different cheeses and cured meats which they use on the dishes.

I had the pleasure of dining at Fiammetta, and it was an extraordinary experience. The staff is exceptional—extremely polite and always ready to help with the menu. Their guidance made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The cuisine at Fiammetta is unique to the area, and every dish we tried left us thoroughly satisfied. The flavors were authentic and beautifully presented, making each bite a delight. One of the highlights of our visit was their impressive wine selection. They offer a wide variety of labels from both Portugal and Italy, catering to all tastes and preferences. It was wonderful to explore such a diverse range of wines. Moreover, the prices at Fiammetta are quite reasonable, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking to enjoy high-quality Italian cuisine without breaking the bank.

Experimentamos o restaurante e foi uma muito agradável surpresa, afinal fomos sem planejar e não houve aquela chatice de não termos reserva. Atenderam nos prontamente e a comida estava mesmo excelente, muito bem preparada, apresentada e saborosa. Só não dou 5* por um detalhe que poderia ser evitado, de deixarem transparecer alguma pressa de fecharem logo, a ponto de desligarem a máquina do café antes de terminarmos. Sim, já passava das 22:00, mas era um sábado e poderia haver alguma flexibilidade ao menos nos finais de semana. Ainda assim, altamente recomendável e pretendemos repetir...

This is probably one of the best italian cuisine restaurants in Lisbon. Don't expect to find pizzas, just well cooked, well served italian food. All italian wines although somehow expensive as usual. Very good.
