The Fine Coffee - Lisburn

Dirty and unhygienic, it's best to stay away. I went for lunch today and found the table, cutlery, and the entire place filthy. I deeply regret not leaving immediately. It's better to avoid this place.

We waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order. The tables were dirty and the cutlery was filthy. Our coffees came in takeaway cups. As we were paying, we noticed the dirty dishes piling up. The food was a big letdown.

I ordered an extra hot cappuccino but it arrived lukewarm at best. The food came after and was served without napkin and cutlery, which I had to request. I asked for my coffee to be made extra hot but instead of remaking it or adding hot milk, I saw hot water being poured from a machine at my table. When I pay for a cappuccino, I expect it to be made with milk rather than being topped up with hot water to increase the temperature. The service was quick and easy but disappointing to a paying customer.

We visited for lunch as a family of 4 adults and 2 children. A table was found quickly for us and order taken. 3 adult and 1 child meal arrived in good time and we were left waiting for our remaining 2 meals. It's hard to explain to a young child why he doesn't have any food while his brother is tucking in to his! We had to ask twice where our missing meals were and they eventually arrived 20 minutes after the rest of our party had finished absolutely appalling service. The food was actually quite good but the whole experience was spoilt by the poor service. We would certainly not visit again.

Fabulous coffee...the best I 've tasted this summer (was is Lancashire, Cornwall, Devon NI). Baked items are amazing and unusual best of all was new staff member Emma, friendly, helpful, cheerful and efficient. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger I 'll be back !
