Subway - Lismore

I am disappointed with the decline in quality at this restaurant. In the past month, I have visited twice and both times I received terrible and rude service from a young girl.

I dont normally review franchises or like to say bad things but i feel i have to... I regularly stay in lismore on business and love a good subway. I would usually go to the one on the highway but its still out of action from a large flood they had.. so i went to the one on molesworth st.. The staff were rude and could barely speak English and become very aggressive when asked to repeat themselves. the salads cut up looked like a lawnmower did the chopping even had the gross ends of the onion in there and he attempted to put that on my sanga.. not cool. the lettuce was about all gone and gone that slimy brown looking color but he made damn sure he didnt have to walk out the back to open another tub of lettuce. putting all of about a tablespoon of lettuce on the foot long he lost half of my teriyaki chicken in the scrap bin with no cares given.. was gutted. Do yourself a favor and drive to the one at there shopping square

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, and the service is fast. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, and I have never been disappointed with any sandwich I have ordered from here.

The excellent aspect of this restaurant is their incredibly fresh salads and delicious wraps. However, the downside is the sometimes long wait, especially during the lunch rush. Today, I experienced an incredibly frustrating situation where I waited half an hour for my order despite there being only three people ahead of me. The young man working seemed to be moving at a snail's pace and complaining about his workload the entire time. It was clear he would rather be doing something else. This kind of service is unacceptable and either he should find a different job or be assigned to a different role where his attitude won't impact customers.

Fresh salad nice and fresh eating the best fast food outlet, would be good to have good coffee, Helpful staff and you can have what you like and dislike
