I've never felt the need to write a negative review until today. I was yelled at by a woman who works here because I didn't understand her question about whether I wanted my drink hot or iced. I admit I often forget to specify. I let it slide and paid for my drink and a dozen donuts. However, when I got to the window, I overheard a guy back there talking about me with the same lady who yelled at me. Just because I struggled to understand her strong accent doesn’t justify that kind of behavior. From now on, I’ll be going to Dunkin.
Rude employees. I order the same very specific drink, no matter where. No other place adds per whipped cream or asks if I want whipped cream. This place added it, then argued with me about my order. I'm allergic to milk. Instead of apologising, I was met with hostility and instructions how to order a drink better, but I didn't order a drink with whipped cream! I was told that the employees were listening to Ingwerbread and thinking about the signature Latte automatically. I'm sorry, but if that's not what I ordered, what's my fault?
Great customer service.. fast efficient and napkins... open 24/7. until the end of the year I think..
Dining room is closed, phone has been taken off the hook, and there's a long drive through line. Makes it impossible to return a 5 dollar cappuccino that has no espresso. This is after horrible customer service experienced while another dissatisfied customer was cussing and acting a fool. My boyfriend should've taken the hint to leave instead of ordering. I'll never return.
