Eat Right Caribbean - LITHONIA

Until now, we have always enjoyed the food at this restaurant, even though the service has sometimes been lacking. The quality of the food usually made it worth the inconvenience. However, today we ordered two plates of what we expected to be Jerk Chicken, but instead received two plates of BBQ chicken. This was a huge disappointment, especially since we only discovered the mistake once we got home and were about to eat. I tried to speak with the manager, but they were nowhere to be found. We were so happy to have found this place, but now it seems we will have to look for a different restaurant for our meals.

However, when I got home, I was beyond frustrated! Instead of Brown Stew chicken, I received fried chicken pieces, and the sides were bland and lacked seasoning. The worst part was the mac and cheese—it was sweet, tasteless, and completely devoid of cheese. Overall, this was a disappointing experience that felt like a waste of time, money, and food. I won’t be coming back!

I?m not from here so I went here based on the 4.5+ star Google review but I was really disappointed. The people in the drive thru were very nice but the food had no flavor. I ordered a veggie plate (rice and peas, cabbage, and plantains). The rice andpeas was ok but the cabbage had no flavor/seasoning and the plantains were dry.

The soup only contained dumplings, even though I specifically requested no dumplings. I suggest improving the customer service to avoid such issues in the future.

My personal opinion about the food.... it's tasteless. It doesn't have the Jamaican taste or feel to the food. The macaroni and cheese was watery and the jerk chicken is just nasty. You get a lot of food for the price bit I just had a lot of food to throwaway before going somewhere else to eat. Hopefully they make some changes in the kitchen to bring in more business.
