Panera Bread - LITHONIA

This location is incredibly convenient and very efficient. I ordered the Baja Bowl with Chicken this time. I inquired about getting the yogurt on the side since I wanted to enjoy it later, and they executed my request perfectly. I really enjoy the avocado cream and the blend of flavors! I love experimenting with different dishes, but this one is definitely among my favorites.

I had a disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant on September 26, 2022. Despite there being at least five staff members—four preparing food and one taking orders—I was left waiting for a significant amount of time. When I arrived, they were busy taking a customer’s order, and I stood there for at least 10 minutes before anyone attended to me, even though I was the only customer waiting. Meanwhile, the other employees were chatting and laughing amongst themselves, which felt unprofessional and lacking in customer service. Ultimately, I waited around 20 minutes for my food, with no other orders being placed before or after mine.

This visit was disappointing. When the line stretches to the entrance and only one cashier is working the registers at 5:00, that's a red flag in my opinion. The register couldn't even process cash, and the cashier was unable to switch to the next register. That's strike two! After I finally got my coffee cup and went to fill it, the coffee canister was empty. That was the final straw for me. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and the staff seemed indifferent and didn't value my time. I noticed several people leaving the line without being acknowledged. This issue points to a management problem. As a supporter of local businesses like TLAB Game Truck in Stonecrest, I hope for improvements. What changes are you willing to make?

I love meeting here. Our local writer group in Stonecrest has always met here. My last visit was at the Stonecrest Chamber of Commerce and I enjoyed this delicious green smoothie and egg, avocado, spinach sandwich. Big morning starter.

I am incredibly disappointed in my experience this morning. The hazelnut and dark roast coffee were empty in the lobby and I didn't have much time to wait for them to brew new pots of either. I asked if they could give me a caramel latte instead and they agreed to do it. I received a piping hot cup and went to work only to discover that I never received coffee at all but instead just a cup of milk with syrup!
