Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

This is the worst zaxbys ever employees cussing loud with guest in the dining room. my food sat on the counter for over 5 min. As a general manager myself I dnt see how this store is still running. I will never return. Customer service should be yourmain priority. Manager/employees on duty should be fired. Sad

Long wait in the drive-thru line! Hard Texas toast! This location separates the different items in their house salad. Thus, when you get to your location to eat, the cheese has melted on the section it was placed and difficult to mix with theremainder. The 2 stars are solely because of the taste of the salad.

Wish i could give this store 0 stars. First they have a sign that says lobby open ans not to my surprise it wasn't. The clean up man had to let me in after waiting in drive through for almost 10mins. When i get inside two young girls didn't acknowledge meat all. They looked at each other and ignored me. Finally one says shes not doing this today while the other faked smiled in myface and discovered i was picking up door dash. Then food wasn't ready and i drove 20mins to come pick the food up. So 20mins ofdriving, 10 mins of waiting in the drive thru and an extra 10mins to wait on the food. This store is completely unprofessional.I definitely wont be personally eating here AT ALL anymore.

This place here astonishing I ordered a salad the best I've had in a loooooooong time. I recommend this place clean friendly I'm from out of town but when I come back I'm there.My sister in law ordered other very good.But who eats fried pickles lol...Guesstown people just having fun love this place

Roach infested location. I ordered online. Online stated order would be ready by 8:26p I didn?t walk out until 8:45p I witnessed 2 roaches on the floor in dining room. I asked the manager for a complimentary drink for such a long wait. He stated ?sure I?llgive you free water? while looking at another customer laughing. Also witnessed extreme unprofessionalism between employees.Handling cell phones behind counter causing cross contamination. Not to mention I returned home w incomplete meals. Worstexperience.
