Metro Express - Lititz

Order an Italian Stromboli and it had mustard in it! Nasty! No, where online, if you order, it says it has mustard. When I called the girl that answered, just said?yea, this is how we do it?. Pizza is good, but Strombolis are terrible. Thin crusts like a tortilla dish against pizza crust.

I love the food...mostly, I do not like that10 miles down road the other metro owned by same person, honors the online prices and this location doesn't! Makes no sense. 10 miles makes a 5 dollar price hike on shrimp and a dollar on wings. I always tip well too...it's bad business.

This is second time I got poor quality food and not what I ordered. The first time they said well you ordered online, we will give you credit if you order by phone and pick up which I never used. Had previous orders no issues and after until today! Food was ice cold and I was told well you don 't need to order from us called back talked to a supposed manager who said that same thing! So my military husband with medical issues had a cold dinner he couldn 't eat, and me with medical issues and a military kid and paid fire fighter gets treated like this! Don 't ever think of this place so disrespectful to anyone. Let alone people who serve. I don 't care about the money, I wanted food and want people respected. Those 2 should not have their job. I 'm also Ukrainian dealing with loses and the way they treated me and hung up serious what is wrong with the workplace today! Apparently customer service is gone

This hidden gem is phenomenal. The prices are awesome and the food is fantastic. My partner and I are order from here almost weekly and we?ve only had a couple bumps, but they were resolved super easily. I would highly recommend their Greek salad and vegetarian sub. Also, the ranch is my all time favorite type of ranch. Stop by on your next visit!

@megan hocking A delivery attempt was made within an hour which is not unusual on a Friday evening dinner rush. I was the driver who called 4 times left a voicemail followed by a text message and then called 3 more times in the span of 5 minutes sitting in the parking lot. After 5 minutes I left to finish other deliveries. 17 minutes after I made first call I received a text message followed by a call concerning the order. It was stated in the review never got 1 message 1 phone call or 1 voicemail yet there was a callback to my cell phone and reply to my message which means something was received from my phone. I 've uploaded the pictures to show the calls, messages and time stamps. I tried to explained I was a block away and going to stop to make the delivery again but I was hung up on. I did go back within a minute of the call as I was only 1 block away. Pulled into the parking lot, called out to her and she turned around and walked back into the building.
