Waffle House - Little Rock

I ate here for lunch on Thanksgiving Day. Lately it's hard to find a restaurant or restaurant. Loading enough. To my great surprise, this Waffle House was not only full of occupies, they were all happy to be there, even on holiday. The service was great. The food was excellent, and I love her coffee?. The staff was pleasant and attentive. It was so pleasant, Jesus in me gave every (8) yes eight, a thank you and Happy Thanksgiving to them.

What happened to the friendly people and the normally very good food??????? OMG!!!!

If you're in a hurry and try to get your meal and go. Do not call to make an order because they do not reply. I called several times at 3:23 and nobody answered the phone. I finally get to the location and the building is empty except 1 customer and 3 employees (1 smoking, 1 walking inside and 1 sitting) I called back from the parking lot, nobody answered yet. I have a 30-minute break and able to call it in time. So now I have to wait 10-15 minutes for my food after 10 minutes drive. This is a continuous problem with both University and Geyer Springs sites that need to be defined

Waitress was nice, but Koch seems to have problems with her. Should employees with the opening area say they take problems backwards because customers can hear and see their actions

Night shift has a great vibe. They get the food out and they don?t play around. Very clean cooks. Food looks great and they season the meat. I can?t wait for Sunday thru Thursday. That?s when they are open. I?m going back tomorrow. They are open right now. They need the weekends open.
