The Inkwell - Littleton

I had the vegan tofu sandwich, and it was just perfect for lunch!

This is a charming coffee shop located just off the main street in Littleton, positioned behind the buildings and across from Shilling Brewing Company. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered a milk beverage twice; the first time it was prepared by an excellent barista, but the second time the latte didn't meet my expectations, although I finished it anyway. The menu features various food options, including vegan choices and plant-based milk for coffee drinks. They also have a vegan black bean brownie with walnuts, which is a nice treat.

The menu may be small, but they offer several vegan options, including some delicious vegan baked goods. We stumbled upon this charming little spot and found it to be perfect; it was exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend it!

Coffee was delicious and the atmosphere is cozy and cute. many sitting options and love that they have offered more than just mandelmilch. my only disappointment was that the personal is not excessively worth knowing about which coffee flavors are vegan.
