Beijing Palace Muirhead Avenue East

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, but the service is lacking. I ordered online and was told the food would be ready in 30 minutes. However, when my partner went to pick it up, there was another 30-minute wait. This has happened twice now, with the most recent delay being over an hour. Despite living only five minutes away, the food was still not ready when my partner arrived. The quality of the food is great, but the unreliable service is disappointing. Unfortunately, we will have to look for a new place to get our takeout from.

For years approximately 17yrs my family and I have ordered our food from Beijing palace. The food has always been excellent, hot, full of flavour, crispy beef crispy, not chewy or soggy. Yes we have tried other Chinese, as Beijing was closed) none have compared to Beijing. Give them a try you won’t regret it !

The service here is absolutely terrible. Not once have they ever got my order right and when I phone up and tell them that they have got my order wrong and if they could bring me the item that I ordered I'm waiting like 30-45 minutes, by time the food has come that I have ordered the rest of my meal is cold. Will not be ordering from here again absolutely disgusting service. Also don't get the fish from here my dad got it and it was under cooked and was just batter.

This restaurant has the worst service I have ever experienced. I would advise against visiting this place or even considering it for a meal. My food order was incorrect, and it took hours of calling and complaining to finally receive a refund for the food I never received. If possible, I would rate this establishment zero stars.

Unreal order from here near enough every weekend, salt and pepper boxes are something else , deffo reccomend only fault is its a long wait for delivery but trust us its worth that long wait !
