The Waterfront At Leo Casino

My wife and I visited Leos Casino for the first time on August 25th, 2019. We had a meal and played games in the casino. I would like to specifically mention the exceptional service we received from a staff member named Tamas. With over 10 years of experience in hospitality, I have never encountered such excellent service. Tamas recommended delicious food and convinced us to try more dishes. He even took the time to chat with us multiple times. Tamas mentioned that he is from Bulgaria and has worked on cruise ships in the past. I cannot praise Tamas enough for his exceptional service, and because of him, we will now be regular customers at Leo's Casino. Please pass along our gratitude to Tamas and let him know that this review is from the mixed-race couple, with the gentleman who enjoys virtual reality. We truly appreciate the exceptional hospitality Tamas provided.

I recently visited this restaurant to unwind and have a nice Saturday night. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. A staff member sitting behind us constantly checked their tablet, which was quite off-putting. It was a very unpleasant situation.

Two weeks ago, I had to sign up for membership online in order to make a reservation at this casino. When we arrived last night, we were informed that even though I had booked and become a member online, I would still need to show ID to enter the venue. The manager explained that all locations are connected online, but have separate memberships. This was confusing and disappointing for us as we had planned an overnight stay in Liverpool specifically to visit this casino. The casino should make it clear online that separate memberships are required, as my membership allowed me to make a reservation but not gain entry.

The food was awful my steak was over done and inedible my partners meal was burnt, the menu I was given was covered in food, and when the lady cleaned the table next to us she placed the cutlery on the seat, cleaned the table and placed the cutlery back on the table, next or eating there again.
