I just have to say this.... I've been temporarily working at Matts Butcher Shop filling in when needed. I can honestly tell you how much Matt and Heidi care about each and every item that goes out of that shop. They work hard at making sure everything is kept very clean and sanitized. You can absolutely count on getting every single bit of your meat when bringing your animal in to get cut and wrapped, nothing goes to waste. They are honest, hard working business owners who do their best to please each customer. I really enjoy working for them!

Make that 10 plus stars--the meat delicious--the friends that run it--outstanding! I feeling another prime rib!!

Great! We had Matt's wedding. We had a pork roast with all the side salad fixings. Everything was delicious! They were easy to work, very courteous and all tasted delicious! Recommend them for events or anything! Thank you.

The service is terrific and the meat department is a great place to get tasty fresh cuts!!

My favorite lunch spot hands down…I moved from upstate NY and this has quickly become my favorite place for cold cuts and a quick meal. Gives me that old school deli feel that I miss sometimes, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.
