Pizza Hut - Livingston

We went in to Pizza Hut to get some dinner. We stood waiting to be seated for about 15 minutes. We could hear someone in the back doing something but they didn't come out. We decided to sit down and wait. When the woman finally came out she was annoyed that we took a seat. She said they were short staffed and that is why they want to seat you. I told her we were waiting for about 15 minutes and decided to sit down. She proceeded to tell me that we were only waiting for 3 minutes. I told her that we were just trying to be helpful but she had an attitude. We then decided to just leave. I did not go to Pizza Hut to deal with a waitress with an attitude. I completley understand that places are short staffed and am very willing to be patient for service. But I am not going to tolerate a bad attitude from a waitress. She lucked out and we left. She didn't have to take care of anyone because we were the only customers there at the time. She must have chased off all the other customers too. There are other places in town to get good pizza.

I asked for delivery they said it would be 30 minute's. I gave them an hour since it’s was snowing and called back to see if the delivery person was having troubles? They told me their delivery guy wasn’t working today and so they have been waiting for a door dash person to come pick it up and it would be 18 more minutes. All they could have said from the beginning was, our delivery person isn’t in today would you like a door dash person? Then also given me an accurate time, I would have said no I will do pick up then. There was no reason to lie and waste my time.

First off, the girl who was working stole my wife’s money. She wanted to added a drink on and they canceled her original purchase re ran the card with the drink and then the girl pulled it out of the guys hand and said don’t do that and pocketed it. We just checked the bank. Secondly we arrived before 8pm and tried to eat dining in as we were there again before 8. They told us after we got our pizza they closed dining and we couldn’t. As a business owner that works with Pizza Hut and knows owners this is not policy. Thirdly the guy even though didnt steal the cash like the girl was the most odd rude guy ever. We were so nice the entire time and didn’t deserve that. The girl had short hair I believe blonde and a bit stockier. I would not go here honestly because I’m sure she was a manager.

Does not actually deliver after you Wait 2 hours and then the manager calls you to let you know that your pizza's done but apparently they don't deliver even it specifically says they do just order from Domino's like everybody else in town Dietary restrictions: Considering you don't actually get your food it's a pretty good dietary restriction they just take your money

They struggle with staffing, deliveries are taking forever. Pizza didn't have correct toppings.
