Magellan's - Logan

The chicken cordon bleu at this restaurant is fantastic and has a delicious taste every time! I will definitely be back for more. This is a great restaurant.

The tables on the beach are very pleasant, as is the staff (this is the case everywhere on the island), but the quality of the food is not up to par. Just stick to a beer!

This is my favorite bar on Malapascua! The atmosphere is nice and friendly, with great staff. I've been here twice and tried the blue cheese burger and fish and chips, while my girlfriend had the BBQ pork - all were delicious. I highly recommend this place.

This newly renovated bar is right in front of Devocean Divers and is partly(?) owned by Hippocampus. The planning is much more open as compared to the previous one prior renovation. It now opens to a wood deck with additional seating which makes it much bigger. They serve ice cold beers which is always a big plus among drinkers like me. You can even ask the bar to play your own music. Food is okay and a bit high-priced but that is expected especially on touristy spots and on an island. Average meal P250. I particularly like the ham & cheese omelette for breakfast which includes coffee. Maybe make the bread 2 slices instead of 1? The Magellan's burger with fries is also good. Try to do the rope push-ups if you are strong, brave and drunk enough. It's fun!

It was only about 40 minutes after we ordered, when we asked if our food was coming or not that they started preparing and began lighting coals for the grill. The service here was really disappointing and the food when it eventually came was terrible. If you visit don't order the chicken salad or the burger, you will be let down. The location and setup was promising but the service and food quality exceptionally poor. On top of that everyone around us at the restaurant was smoking which really bothered us.
