I disagree and explained that my last meal there was only passable. I remind P that we have the night off so we should enjoy a slow cooked meal at the Seafood Hot Pot Buffet across the road at Sunny Park. The waitresses here are very enthusiastic. Once they make conversation with you it's difficult to get out without eating a meal here. Despite it being a warm night it was surprisingly cool inside the restaurant with dozens of little pots of soup bubbling blissfully away. It is a beautiful restaurant and cleanliness seems to be a priority here. Almost all the food is stored in refrigerated shelves with sliding plastic doors. This is my third visit so like a pro I explained to P how to efficiently feed ourselves despite the crowd. While I was tutoring P our individual soups arrived. Knowing that the soups would soon be boiling we visited the sauce station. It's a no-limit sauce paradise with no hidden fees! Within a minute we loaded our arms with a dozen platters of prawns, squid, scallops, crabs, fish, fishballs, beefballs, sliced beef, tofu and vegetables and made a bee-line for our table. Returning to the table the soups were simmering, not yet boiling, so we went to the rear of the restaurant and helped ourselves to several plates of sashimi salmon and roast duck. Back at the table I could see the boiling soups. We toss in half a dozen plates of seafood, meat and vegetables to cook while we tucked into the sashimi and roast duck. Yum! An hour later we stumble out of the restaurant fully sated with no room for coffee or dessert. I would recommend this restaurant, especially on a cold Winter night. At $40pp it is not a cheap meal but it is a quality meal. Bon Appetit!

Ensure you are hungry before you get here. Fantastic service, we were guided in and sat down at a table and explained how it works, that being which hotpot base you want to use. But they have a fantastic range of food to use to add to your hotpot, without the waiting involved in waving a staff member over and then getting the food. The nonalcoholic are free and you can buys beers if you wish. I absolutely recommend trying this place at least once especially special occasions as it is a bit pricey
Quality of food in refrigerated area was good, more expensive stuff like nice beef, sashimi and roast duck hidden at back near drink station. Found mould in a cup at drink station, cups were all moist and clicked together allowing growth of mould. Sauces are in the centre, hard to see, no sign. Menu is all in chinese, and has a large $25, but when u get to the till to pay, they tell you its $40 because you pay extra for the soup. I didnt try the premade hot foods, so i cant comment on those. Service was good.
Yum! The meat is really fresh and there is a large variety of seafood and other ingredients from which you can choose from. Service is quick, and the environment has a clean feel. A little bit pricey considering you have to pay an additional $5 for soup base, but given the seafood and meat is fresh and includes fish such as mussels, scallops, squid etc and sashimi, this is understandable. Will definitely go again.
