Really disappointed that the renovations have taken away the family feeling of this hotel. the main dining room now has three large sports screens making it difficult to have a conversation. the tables are also oriented to larger groups that have hardly tables for couples. it has the feeling of a huge rudder sports bar. the other esalt in public is also not beneficial to enjoy a beautiful meal, with all row-shaped yobbos go from their nuts. the outside area is not great with hot or very cold weather. Previously we went into the estuary much before the renovation work, but we will look for another more family-friendly situation moving forward.
5 months pregnant, showed up at 10 a.m. at Christmas night, just to find out that our room had been given to another customer without our knowledge. Moreover, we could not contact anyone from the hotel to explain what was going on. we had to meet other accommodation arrangements in the middle of the night and pay another $180. absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Do not allow themselves to rethink this place. I've never had such an experience. as soon as we get there, my key was given to someone else and I find myself stranded with my pregnant partner in the streets without replying from the number of man/owner, nor the contacted security company in the position to offer any help/contact regarding the situation. avoid them at any price.
