Kickapoo Creek Winery - Logan County

Let me say firstly that my husband and I have been driving an hour up from Bloomington to visit this winery for the last 2 years, at the very least every month. We LOVED it. Anytime my in laws, parents, friends and family stayed with us we took each and every person up there and they loved it too. My father loved it so much he looked everywhere in AZ for a bottle of red October, until I decided to order him one for his 60th birthday! The setting is beautiful. We ate on the large patio area and they were setting up for a wedding nearby, which looked very nice. The food was pretty simple (burgers, wraps, sandwiches, and some appetizers) but it was tasty. I paid the upcharge for fries with my burger and ended up wishing I got the chips. We LOVE Kickapoo Creek Winery! The employees go out of their way to make you feel welcome! We especially love the music on Friday nights. It is so relaxing to have a bottle of our favorite wine, “Dave”, and listen to live music. Beautiful grounds to walk around as well. The food is outstanding! Their desserts are to die for! We loved the chocolate cake! Wonderful place to relax and have fun!

Best winery in 60 miles.. My go to place to be on a weekend

A group of us went to the winery and listened to the band. We ate lunch and had a good time. Our waiter Christian was the best. He was very attentive and happy to be waiting on us. Some of the other waitresses also helped out and were very good. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. We will be going back!
