Chicago hot dog Italian beef combo, fries shake for dinner ️

We had a long wait and still got a cold cheeseburger, not good

Ordered a large combo but this just meant a longer bun. The sausage was only half the bun length and the beef was 3/4 of the bun. The say they offer a veggie dog but we wound up getting just a bun with veggies in it — no vegetable based hotdog.

Very poor service. Long wait tine while employees were standing around. Order was wrong in several different aspects. Four fries with four cheese came out to four fries with only one cheese. Ceasar chicken salad with chicken came with no chicken and not very much lettuce in the bowl. Would not recommend going there. Just make the drive to Bloomington or Chicago. Your experience will be much better. Save your money in the Springfield location.

Delicious food served quickly. Well worth the 1.5hrs drive from O'Fallon Il. Friendly staff, fun atmosphere, and the place was clean. Highly recommended.
