This was the first time they prepared vegan dishes, so the owner, Chef Saul, personally created delicious vegan meals (such as sushi, salad, soup, and rice/beans) for us. The food had a unique fusion of Japanese and Ecuadorian flavors, including mango sushi and elendsuppe. Saul and his staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and made new Ecuadorian friends.
The restaurant is able to prepare delicious vegetarian sushi upon request.
