Huge selection of delicious milkshakes. A firm favourite with my kids and their friends. Prices quite steep when you breakdown what is in the shake but great concept nevertheless. The QR code and loyalty scheme is a big faff but we managed it eventually

I have been coming here since I was a young teen (Mill Hill), all my family and friends are very familiar with this place and we all like it. However, recently the guy at Mill Hill (the one who is always present, I think he may be one of the shareholders, not sure) is very stand off-ish and gives off an almost intimidating vibe. Never a hello, talks to you as if you have bothered him for coming in. I hope it’s not something bad going on in his life. Hope they go back to a good customer service model

Shaketastic is a cozy little spot located right at the Mill Hill train station. While the venue is quite small, accommodating only about five customers at a time, that doesn't deter people from queuing up for their delicious shakes. There are no seats available, so patrons usually take their drinks to go. The young staff members are friendly and courteous, always willing to assist customers in navigating the extensive menu and creating personalized milkshakes. The fun concept is reflected in the vibrant atmosphere of the place. I've tried various milkshakes here, and I can honestly say they're all fantastic, including some healthier choices!
