Went in and ordered coffee, server spoke so quietly I could hardly hear her. Coffee was nice and outdoor seats were comfortable and a sunny day made it good

Went for a quick coffe. Sat outside and a member of staff was quite rude to me. I went inside to ask him why he was being rude and he became very aggressive. On my way out I turned around and he was sticking his middle finger at me.

We recently visited the Caffe Nero near a flat that we were renting when in London on vacation. In our party, we had 3 people with dairy allergies. The barista was unusually engaged and thorough in preparing our drinks. Not only did he make sure that the milk in our drinks was soya, he also checked the ingrediant list on the syrups that were used and determined that one of them did contain milk. I was so impressed by this. Usually, that is the sort of question that I have to ask, and the question is met with eye rolling more times that I like to remember. So it is really a joy to be able to have a drink in a place where we know the staff takes these things seriously. Thank you!

Come here to get away from the busy streets and urban noise. Getting here was like going through a portal. Staff is friendly and coffee is great!
