This place was a great find in this city!! Great customer service, great food and great to find a place with that awesome team that run the place. Great group of client base. Lots of dining space. I went with my little one and we enjoyed several options for appetizers. They have a wide range of appetizers which I find amazing!! A few arcade games for guests to play. In the back area they have billiards table for pool playing. If your a beer enthusiasts you will love the options available from cans, bottles, on tap. The place has so many options I had to write about it in my review. You don't see that many options at too many places. The food menu has a large variety of options for lunch and dinner. We played musical chairs from sitting inside to resting on the patio. It was a bit chilly outside so we left the restaurant just after ordering food. The manager and staff were awesome as we ran back to our hotel for our sweaters by keeping our food hot and served to us hot. I will definitely return to try more of the food options in the future. The owner is great with kids and cracked jokes with my lil one about the time of reciept. Hahaha He asked my lil one if he wanted a job for washing dishes and for my lil ones bill will be cash or debit hahahaha love the place. Another feature is the awesome choice of work attire. I noticed the girls wearing awesome English style clothing which reminded me of my travels to overseas. Give this place a try if you travel to London and staying at the hotels nearby. It's definitely worth your money and worth a try for any beer enthusiasts! The patio is awesome even the patio on the side of the building which is awesome.
My girlfriend said the burger was really good, much better than a burger from Chucks Roadhouse that would be a similar price. The beer selection was great, the best in London. They also had Grolsch on sale for $4. We shared the delicious hash brownie trifle for dessert, which was a steal at $5. Our waitress, Samantha, provided great, friendly, and quick service. The total bill came to just over $50, which is great value, especially during these times. The only strange thing was that the sign outside advertised 40 cent nuggets, but when I tried to order some, they weren't on sale. However, the part about the Leafs game at 8pm on the sign was accurate. Despite this, I would definitely return and recommend the Ale House.
I was lucky enough to visit this restaurant over the weekend. The staff was very welcoming, the ambiance was great, and the food was delicious. I will definitely visit again next time I am in the area.
My staff and i randomly strolled in tonight to have a few drinks and some snack, the place was completely pack with scientist folk so we were told. There was one bar tender, one indoor server. And then this majestic dark haired man with a glorious mustache, who was tending to the whole patio. This man was on point, we never waited long for our drinks or food. He remembered everything we asked for amongst what he was already currently doing. He is an absolute rock star and a gentleman. Thank you mustache man.
