First of all, who is Nicky John? Google offers nothing. There was a blog that mentioned Nicky John was the host of the show You Gotta Eat here where this restauranbt was featured in. But the host is John Catucci. Anyways, I digress. The burger looked so good. And in theory, it should taste good. But the lamb was a little overcooked and dry. It was still good though. I think if the lamb was cooked properly, it would've been an amazing meal. I picked Caesar salad for my side and it was better than most Caesar salads I've had. Customer service was also good. The server didn't go out of her way to do something for us but she seems like she will go out of her way if needed. And it was good enough for me. I also liked her vibe. My biggest complaint is about the place itself. I used to work at a cheap bar and it smelled like alcohol spilled all over the floor a week ago and it got never cleaned properly. The Bungalow smelled like that. It smelled like the floor was so sticky. I think it's due for some deep cleaning.
The burgers slap. We shared the Nicky-John and the Spicy Oklahoma and it was phenomenal. The key lime pie was one of the best we ever had in a long time. Staff is friendly and attentive. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in London.
Fantastic place. Nice variety of food to choose from. Indoor or outdoor dining. Very friendly servers. Surf-style decor is very inviting.
Dropped in for a quick bite with the family and 1st thing I noticed was the beautiful location and exterior terrace wow! Very cute and in the end we should have sat outside. So when you get inside it’s a bit gloomy and dark and sorry if I hurt anyone’s feelings but there’s a strange smell in the restaurant. With regards to the food had chicken bites appetizer they were good taste wise but dry. My wife ordered fish tacos amazing and huge portion size! I ordered pulled pork sandwich with tater tots ??amazing ! Kids had cheeseburgers and fries. The only complaint was from my wife and kids French fries way to salty. Overall food was great but honestly if the lighting and odour of the restaurant was better im sure it would improve their score.
Stopped in for lunch, it was fantastic! Started with Ceasar salad, the homemade dressing was excellent! I had beef dip with a side of fried pickles chips, amazing! My husband had the fried chicken sandwich, he loved it! Our waiter, Clay provide great service to top it all off! Highly recommend this place!
