Wendy's - London

Fast service but dinning room is usually messy/dirty. Employees hang out in the little cubby room and drink and use cell phone where customers can see.

Brought my family here spent about 33.00 fries were cold.and stale burger was in pieces. And a.soggy bun. Staff are rude when I approached counter to talk about the quality yes they replaced.my burger not the fries left with my family and will.never return again!

I had visited Wendy's after their recent renovation and was impressed with the new look. The restaurant now has more seating options and an upgraded condiment and drink refill station.

I have visited the drive-thru at this Wendy's a few times. Keep in mind that this is a Wendy's when considering my rating.

The girlfriend requested the burger without a bun due to her gluten allergy. When Moe inquired if this was because of an allergy, she confirmed that it was.
