The food was cold and expensive like hell! One of the cashiers was very rude to me and other customers. If I gave this zero star, I would. Don?t recommend.
Absolutely terrible experience. The food took awhile and when we checked it, they assured us it was on the way. After 40 minutes my husband waits again and found out that they lost our order. When our food finally came, there were missing items and other items wronged. We understand busy times and sometimes orders fall through, but the lack of customer service on the restaurant part is appalling. There was no concern or concern that the guests who had spent over $100 on subpar food?t received their food.
The Cafe Scuba is located in the Pacific Aquarium and serves burgers, hot dogs, salves and boxes. The café is really nice to always pack people who enjoy the aquarium.
Feels expensive even for a quick service place at the Aquarium. $12 for a hot dog, $15 for a hamburger. I think that might be worse than Disneyland. At least they have a self service soda fountain. I also needed a cup of hot water to warm up my infant's bottle and they said they needed to charge me the full price for a tea. I understand needing to charge something, but I was already dipping into the kids college fund to cover lunch. I will say that it was pretty clean at least and when it's not raining it's nice to sit out of the terrace and look out over the outdoor excited l exhibits.
