Castaways Seafood Grille - Long Beach

What a fantastic spot! The Mary cocktail was superb, topped with pickled onions and asparagus, right alongside the classic olive. My wife enjoyed a generous pour of bourbon. The Willapa Bay oyster shooter was truly delightful and so tender. The clam chowder was a bit on the thin side, but the flavor was outstanding. Although there was a short wait, on a Saturday it wasn't bad at all, and the service was prompt and friendly.

I had a wonderful and delicious experience! The food was fresh and absolutely perfect. Our server, Cory, provided excellent service—he was polite and friendly. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It's definitely a family-friendly place that you must visit!

We enjoyed the Clam Chowder, a Caesar salad topped with a generous piece of salmon, and a burger alongside garlic parmesan fries. The salmon was cooked to perfection and was very reasonably priced. The Caesar dressing tasted homemade – incredibly delicious. The Clam Chowder was absolutely amazing, and the garlic parmesan fries had the perfect balance of softness and crispiness. If you, like me, love raw garlic, I highly recommend the garlic parmesan fries either as a side or with any meal; you won’t regret it. The restaurant is family-friendly and offers plenty of seating.

We searched everywhere for a place that did oyster shooters. Couldn't find it anywhere until we decided to just take a drive around the neighborhood and lo and behold there was this place. They were so friendly and their pet friendly as well they even had a wonderful healthy treat for my dog. In the atmosphere is beautiful it's quiet it's right on the water. Clean and friendly. I'd recommend it to anyone. Cute little gift shop inside pretty cool everyone should visit this place when they're in town.

CASTAWAYS COMEBACK! They newly renovated Castaways is definitely worth trying! We recently had lunch there everything was delicious from their deep fried artichokes which was on special that day to the ahi bowl, cup of chowder, garlic fries, clam strips, their key lime martini!!! That’s the magic right there! But honestly the list goes on!!! Staff was wonderful! Super attentive service was a definite 5! Our food not only tasted good but looks great in photos lol! Can’t say enough great things about our time spent enjoying lunch at Castaways! Will definitely be turning this into a regular go to for our lunch dates! Special thank you to their restaurant manager Sharon the rest of the castaway’s team you all rock!!!!!
