Very friendly owners greeted us when we walked in and checked on us frequently. Food portions were huge too big but I needed some Tobasco to add some flavor to the bacon, spinach, mushroom, onion and cheese dish. Restaurant was clean and tidy with booths lining the walls. Bacon is a thick cut and would be very nice as a side dish.
Great service, reasonably priced food, would recommend.
This is my breakfast SPOT in Long Beach. GEM!The cooks are really good here. Everything is good. And the people that own/run it are so nice. It's nice pretty much being a regular at this point because I love breakfast haha
STEPH JUDGEMENT: OK diner-style food with friendly service. The hubby and I were looking for a breakfast spot before hopping on the freeway and this place seemed like a good candidate. There was a short wait, and then we got a booth by the window. I got the Tuna melt with fried zucchini (discs, nice and crunchy), and the hubby got the grilled cheese with fries, which were the frozen crinkle cut variety, and not that well done. The place has a peasant enough ambiance, but the bathroom seemed weirdly worn down. Overall fine, but probably wouldn't seek out, with all the better options around.
