Gilan Pizza&grill - Long Beach

I think the pizza is delicious; but I feel that the crust could have been a little thicker and maybe the pizza could have been a little tasty and bigger than what she said it was big. They're big like a middle pizza. I think Round Table is doing a better job, but not an offensive, but here I speak the truth! On the other hand, I felt there was some racism due to the fact that my family and I were treated when I were treated with others in this restaurant. In addition, many other customers held their own look at my family and I especially the man sitting on the table next to me. Can't understand why people must be so rude! In addition, there were a long number of customers waiting to be sitting, and I continued to stare at the people standing in this line, not only my family and I, but all. I definitely felt that it was rude and unnecessary. People have no manners! Bad, bad manners! Very rude! Your mother had to beat them and teach them manners! Such untrained people and I am so surprised! I wish there was a way the employees could find to keep those people waiting somewhere so we can eat and peace. They stared at us as if they wanted everyone to hurry and eat for them so they could come in and sit down and have a turn to eat. Talk about little kids, they were worse. Would I eat here again? No. I'm going around tables. So I paid about $137 treating my family to eat. I didn't have to type. I paid $140 and left the change to the server. I don't think he deserved my two bucks! I hope he decided to buy a popsicle. When I was able to pay the $140 in cash looks like his attitude changed. I felt really discriminated for some reason. I could be Mexican, but I know how I can raise myself and my dollar to pay for my food, even if it was just a burger and pommes.

We had a terrible experience and I wish we had just waited after waiting on our server for 10 minutes and asked another server that was our server. We ordered a great Supreme Pizza that did not taste like a pizza, the crust was not cooked, it lacks taste and we left half of it. The frits on shrimps and chips were tripled and the Buffalo wings were also fried excessively. There were 5 of us and on 3 foods were ordered as two of the people in our party had already eaten at Tequila Jack, but we were in advance for the tip (service fee) the raspberry lemonade tasted watery, the lemonade tasted pulverulent. We had to ask our server several times to refill our drinks, and after the 2nd. After filling he said there was an additional fee, although the cups were already very small. All the plates they were given to us were WET and our server saw that we dried them and did not apologize or offer to dry them or replace them. Customer service was bad, the food was bad and the experience was not bad. We will ensure that we spread the word on the bucket and our experience. I gave a star to review to make this post. It deserves zero stars. My bill was $97 and the only coke was worth drinking.

My wife and I came here so we could sit and have a nice Sunday dinner. I don't know if it was because I'm a shaded head Mexican. But man, these peeps are rude. The waitress was frustrated to find us a place for two when all tables were empty inside. Finally we sat and waited for them for a while to get our order. The owner and other waiters saw us sitting there, not even they said we would be with you. At last she took our order. I cleaned our food with a napkin without vinegar for my fish. I was afraid to ask for a refill because I thought it would spit in my soda! The food is not worth it here. Finally, the waitress brought our bill and waited for me until I paid it. Usually waitress or waitress bring your bill and come back. Not her! We never come back here again and are discriminated again!!!??

They let a pizza come out, which was clearly not done and wet. I'd come back to drink a beer and maybe eat some fries. I suggest not ordering the pizza.

This place was absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this place at all cost. We were there this weekend and sat out on the patio area. 1. Our waitress was rude almost the whole time we were there. Myself and three others finished our water glasses and asked for more water. She took our glasses, started to leave and replied ?there?s more water cups on the table?(which were the kid?s cups) then took off into the restaurant. She eventually brought a pitcher of water 30 minutes later and we still didn?t have a glass to drink out of. Also, when some of the food finally got to the table, she just placed it down and took off without checking on anything else. As she was walking away, we called out to ask for silverware, she rolled her eyes and told us ?yes the host is bringing it? but said it like it was a huge inconvenience. 2. The place was not busy when we got there and wasn?t busy for the first 30-45 minutes we were there. For some reason, our food was brought out one at a time about five to ten minutes apart. My brother in law didn?t get his food almost 20 minutes after everyone got there food. 3. I ordered the fish and chips. The fries were room temp and the fish was still frozen in the middle so I sent it back. She said she would warm them up for me in the microwave?At this point we?ve been there almost two hours so I told her don?t even bother. $17 for fish and chips to be warmed up in a microwave? Haha no thank you. The whole experience was just ridiculous. I?ll never go here and you shouldn?t either.
