John's Hamburgers - Long Beach

John's is my favorite spot for good hearty food with great employees who aim to please their customers. They pride themselves with knowing long time customers on a first name bases. The food is delicious with great portions and the steady business shows people love it.

I visited this restaurant for the nostalgia, as I used to work next door before Amazon took over. This was my go-to lunch spot. The prices here are reasonable, and the food is fantastic. Each sandwich combo comes with plenty of fries to enjoy. Don't forget to ask for Ranch dressing; they are generous with it, unlike some other places. I usually order the chicken avocado sandwich or the southwest sandwich, and the sourdough bread they use is delicious. I definitely want to come back for more. Additionally, the burgers are a decent size, making them great for sharing if you're on a budget.

John’s is an excellent choice for enjoying food on the terrace or for a drive-thru. If you choose to go through the drive-thru, be prepared to wait, as the lines can be quite long. However, it's definitely worth the wait because the food is served hot! They offer a wide variety of items on the menu, making it a convenient option for regular, straightforward meals. It's become one of our go-to places!

I've always noticed a line outside this restaurant, which led me to believe it must be great. After waiting for a while, I finally got the chance to try it, and wow, it did not disappoint! I’ll definitely be returning.

I'm tired of going to Fresh and smelling that gawd dang smell of treat. Normally a line, but I snuck on a day when no one was in the line and I never regret it. Great fast food spot. Helpful employees made sure that I got the right burger with green despite my order errors.
