O'nells - Long Beach

Best soul food type of chicken wings in Long Beach! Hot, fresh, and seasoned to perfection. Customer service was amazing. It’s right in the corner of the shopping center. COOKED TO ORDER TOO!!!Biscuits was superb!

Nice little dive restaurant that is very inexpensive. The food is prepared to order so if you are in a rush, don't bother coming. The food is outstanding in my opinion.

I specialize in the renovation of kitchens, but this is Grandmas country kitchen 2.0. Both a local market and an incredibly good southern inspired restaurant, be prepared to be warmed by the good spirit of true comfort food and energy of the old days... when food took time but every1 chatted away... It was my first time here, so I didn't get a chance to really experiment on food (chicken sausage, eggs, and pancakes), but it was pleasant. Good prices and a local spot you should not miss.

O'Nells is a great local place. Situated in a small corner, when you walk in, it feels like you're in your grandma's kitchen. Nell cooks everything to order, the portions are huge, the prices are reasonable, and she takes care of you like you're family. I've never experienced a place where the chef is talking to me from the kitchen while cooking it's a great environment and it's quickly become a go to restaurant for our family. (And, for anyone who's from Los Angeles and looking for a Black owned spot in Long Beach that has a similar feel to Serving Spoon, but without the long line/wait, LOOK NO FURTHER!
