You can also find great kombuchas and homemade desserts, wraps, sandwiches. No smoothies though. This incognito cafe is nestled in the long beach community off east 3rd street. Parking is a bear and bare. Thank goodness for the local community walk-ins keeping this gem alive.
The food here is AMAZING! I'm not a vegetarian/vegan but this place has some seriously great eats. Portion sizes are pretty big so you'll leave here feeling stuffed. A little too pricey for me to justify coming here all the time, but I'm definitely going to be back to try the rest of their menu. And if they were to knock off a dollar or two on their items then I'd be back here at least once a week!
I really enjoy this unique restaurant. The vegan and vegetarian food is focused on offering healthy, organic options to their customers. The small restaurant has a few tables and a lovely terrace. The atmosphere is funky, eclectic, and artistically bohemian, perfect for those who prefer laid-back environments. I was hoping to try a smoothie or vegetable juice, as I thought it would fit the style of the restaurant. However, I later found out they offer trendy drinks like kombucha, which is not to my liking. Overall, this restaurant does not serve traditional sodas like Coke or Pepsi. - by cmilton111, Google Guide, July 22, 2018
I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent recommendations. The atmosphere was relaxed, with both indoor and outdoor seating options, although the noise from the busy road outside was a bit loud. The food was fresh and delicious, with standout dishes like the happy tuna fish appetizer made from chickpeas and the flavorful Sierra Madre burrito. I also enjoyed their unique use of cashews in their mousse dessert. The menu offered a variety of creative, healthy, and satisfying options. I look forward to returning to try more dishes in the future.
Yum! Nearly a year ago, my friend and I tried the quesadilla for two at this restaurant (known as the Kitchen Washbasin Queensadilla) that we still rave about. We live in Oregon and haven't found anything quite like it. The atmosphere is also incredibly charming and cozy!
