Good tasting sushi just they are rolled too lose so they fall apart , yo can even see it in their pics , the rice in the rolls look very lose . makes it harder to eat .
Great place for a casual meal. Personally I like other sushi spots on 2nd street better, but we went for my brother’s birthday because it’s his favorite! They brought him a dessert and candle which was really nice and there wasn’t a bite of food left at the end of the meal.
Revising my review of this place. I was seated and served a bowl of miso soup almost immediately. The quality was good, a lot of places can have bland miso soup. The sushi options I had ordered were delicious and filling, the presentation was on point. I had a pool of sauce in the center of the dish to dip into, and the flavors were solid. This is my second choice up against Sushi Ai, but the price, quality, service....I could see it being your first choice overall. It may be the most consistent option on 2nd street overall. I really did appreciate the complimentary soup, a little goes a long way.
You can get a great deal on a sashimi lunch special for 17$. It comes with soup and salad and a bunch of sashimi that are large pieces and they were fresh and had very good flavor. It filled me up and was a great price and quality!! They also have a lunch special that's a roll with soup and salad that is cheaper but might as well spend the extra bucks for good quality sashimi.
