Manager was rude as hell. My wife used reward points to get 2 ice creams. It was after midnight so we made sure to ask ahead of time if ice cream was still being served. Staff member who took our order confirmed that they were serving ice cream. When we arrived at the 2nd window the manager rudely advised us that they were not serving ice cream. I asked if we could just be refunded and he proceeded to explain that we better be happy with a single small Frappuccino because we're lucky to be getting anything. Like if just because we were using rewards we didn't deserve to be accommodated in full. Last I checked we earned those rewards with previously purchased items. No matter what time it is and no matter rewards or cash we should not have been treated like we didn't diserve his respect.
Drive thru too slow. Coffee used to be great but not lately. Tastes like it was used grounds last week.
Parked me for 10 minutes, still managed to not give me a Big Mac I ordered, refused to answer their phone when I called, drove back, went inside, waited 5 minutes to get a hand with the missing item, and then fi ally after getting home I realized they left out my nugget sauce AND they served a person with an allergy to artificial sweetener Diet Coke... Appropriate measures are being taken in the morning.
You’d think after waiting 30 minutes for every time I go through the drive through they’d at least get the order right? Nope. And they’re not even busy it takes 30 mins to get your food even if you’re the only one there.
