Burger King - Longview

I’m giving this restaurant 3 stars mainly because the food is excellent. Unfortunately, everything else was quite disappointing. They were out of ketchup, ketchup cups, ketchup packets, drinking straws, and beverage lids. During the lunch rush at 1:40 PM, a staff member finally started to clean and restock the beverage station due to the number of people asking for items at the counter. Additionally, diners are expected to clean their own tables, so you'll want to choose one that's the least sticky or greasy. The food is prepared well, but there really needs to be more accountability for cleanliness and proper stocking among the staff.

Burger king to eat we ordered a meal deal plus we ordered a large onion ring on the side and they got the order wrong I told the person behind the counter the African American person behind the counter she looked at me with a nasty attitude and said oh well finally another person behind the counter made our order correctly but we ordered large onion rings they gave us a small onion rings I took it back if you pay for a meal with your hard earned money then you should get what you paid,2 of the cusion seat has snot on them,..tired of getting ripped off

It's an average Burger King—nothing exceptional, but nothing to complain about either.

I had regular fast food experiences here, half warm burgers etc. but today you are on the point. From order to fulfillment for #48 just before the time of this review, everything is perfect. Whoever you have wrapped up food like a commercial, food is hot as if it was actually just made and we are 100% happy.

I tell you, the staff is cool, they don't give you any hard time, they just go, and the Whoppers especially two for five rocks!
