Panda Express - Longview

Panda Express is reliable and safe (possible in the best way). They serve Chinese dishes in American style and they are incredibly consistent, no matter what place you visit.

Waited 25 minutes for a ride thru order. Had to go in to talk to the staff. I was immediately informed that they were busy! After another 10 minutes waiting in the lobby, I was handed over the order. When I sat with my family and opened the bags, it was the wrong order. I'll never go in again!

I can't express, and when I came to the store, the employee began to be rude after I paid the guy, I threw the receipt on my tray when I got my drink, every wellnada was out. I couldn't even drink after I paid! I tried to call the manager and they just didn't want to hear it. I told them to companies and wait an answer

Quite disappointed by customer service tonight. My husband and I drove through the drive to order and we got only two bowls. The girl who picks up our order has somehow added our order after my husband repeated? No, I just need two bowls. One with orange chicken and rice, one with kung pao chicken and rice.? She said at one point: Oh, my God, what's going on and he repeated it again. She cried to drag us to the window and another girl asks us if we have three bowls, and we said no, only two bowls. And the girl I guess took our order, she looked at and said something like? Oh, my God, I asked him if he was and he said, okay? very loud to hear for us and then she went away. I worked for a long time in customer service and it's sad to see how patient my husband was with her when she got it wrong, but how rude she was after the knowledge that we were right there. You don't want to get back. And we called four times and no one will answer

3 Stars is probably generous. Walked in about 45 mins before close, they had a huge order waiting on food when arrived plus drive through and lobby guests (us included). While waiting Orange Chicken ran out but they had a new batch finished, however that batch was gone even before we ordered and they didn't call out the need for another batch until it was gone. Another batch should have been made after that one. So that's additional time. Then while ordering (and waiting) they got a batch of fried rice but there was plenty still however Chow Mein was low and was wanted and had to wait for that too but shoukd had have been made sooner. This location seems to have a bad sense of food needs. When we left there was still a line of cars in the drive through and a handful of people in the lobby waiting on food. I'm sure some were not going to be getting what they wanted. Lastly the fortune cookie I had was stale, food was average, as expected.
