Rotolo's Pizzeria - Longview

NOPE! Pizza is terrible. Wings were pretty good. You charge extra for debit card payment. It won't be back. Overpriced. Service not great. I don't recommend this place. I have to say my dog liked the bite she got, so the 1 star.

Visited this location on 25. March 2022. Sa next to the kitchen area opening. Order a pizza. The server offered to bring out a pizza that sat on the kitchen counter, not safe for what time. The kitchen staff ate a pizza sitting next to that. I have been disrespectful of a fresh job. Continue to observe, two members of the kitchen staff forced removal of substances from the noses and continue to work on orders without changing gloves or hands. A member of the kitchen staff did not wear gloves when preparing food. Management was aware that this behavior is corrected.

Dinner today was a terrible experience! We had 4 people in our party, I was excited to take my niece from West Texas to eat great pizza, very disappointing: we ordered 1 calzone, 2 12 inch pizza gluten-free cheese pens with pepperoni extra cheese drinks. The pizzas had very little sauce, but the worst part of the meal were the gluten-free cheese sticks. They came without paprika or extra cheese, I said the waitress, she immediately took the tray and apologised, 30 minutes later someone else brought the exact same cheese sticks with paprika more cheese up!! All the others had been waiting for my food to arrive and their food was now cold. I showed the waitress the burned double boiled food and she went and told the manager that it was taken off the bill. I carefully searched the mess and everyone else ate their cold food.

Great food and entertainment. The live music was nice. Service was excellent. Garden alfredo pizza was really good.

2022 update After 1 1/2 years...still my wife 's favorite PIZZA. We get one a week. I have tried their unique collection of small brewery barrel beers. A new one is added when the barrel is empty...never the same barrel twice. They update the line-up daily...and I learned today that their customers can download an app for their phone that profiles all the drafts available. And as I sit here today placing my wife 's pizza order. They are not crowded. But I am wearing a double mask...and I am the only person masked. Very spacious. Good access for anyone using a walker. THE staff is helpful. The food is good. One person or a group can be comfortably. Seated. My wife and I moved from Dallas to Longview in 2020. My wife did not want to go OUT. New Year 2021. My wife wanted WHITE PIZZA. She has food allergies. She found a FABULOUS WHITE PIZZA at Rotolo 's Pizzeria. Oh so good! Great pizza. Great service. Truly Wonderful take out service. Recommend you phone in your order for pickup. Good website. Bonus: it is Nextdoor to FABULOUS Smallcakes bakery. You can get both a great meal togo here and a great dessert togo Nextdoor. Rotolo 's Pizzeria is also a Sports Bar with a full menu for dining inside. They were very busy when I arrived. Great selection of draft beers and ale on tap. The selection changes as a new casket of brew is swapped out for an empty. Always FRESH not flat and Wonderful full favor in every pull. Great food and brew combo with BIG SCREEN SPORTS ACTION.
