Shipley Do-nuts - Longview

Every time I go, I'm disappointed with the service or eating. frustrated

I thought they were great. but our lkw had an inner tire that showed wires absolutely brave. the hose that came out of the air tank for the air brakes was not on and off during the transport. we had to move by quickly as we lost the air pressure. it was something wrong with the transmission. it would crawl at 50mph and the highest speed was 60 miles. it would fall to 25-30 on hills even small. the slow trip, the brake down caused us to lose over $1000 in frozen meat. we packed into a freezer with dry ice and put in the night. but the trip was much longer than expected with the slow lkw and the deceleration in the Texas heats. this truck was picked up at one of the Penske hubs where they make all the Mexican maintenance on their fleet. it should not have been in this mechanical condition.

The person working the sales counter for the doughnuts was very helpful. He packs your selections. Rings up a total ticket. And you pay the ticket at the gas station register on the way out.Amazing good traditional and speciality donuts!
