4 Rivers Smokehouse - Longwood

Good is generally very good but takeout can be iffy. We don 't always get the sides we requested and they are replaced without giving us an option. Of course, it can be that the Door Dash person doesn 't pay attention or 4 Rivers substitutions are at their discretion. Their cheese grits are awesome and their brisket is always first class. All in all, I recommend them for dining in.

Used to really like the food here, maybe I ordered the wrong thing on my most recent visit. I had the six shooter and the pulled pork had no flavor, tasted boiled not smoked. The grits were really dry. Honestly, if the barbecue is good you don't need a lot of toppings on a sandwich, and I shouldn't have to use sauce to introduce some flavor, it should be just a little to complement what's already there. The service could have been better as well. Came to the counter to order and the lady, who seemed like the manager, didn't really seem happy to have customers. I asked for a dessert and said I'd like to try it and she didn't seem to get that I was asking for it to be added to my order. Very underwhelming

I just visited this location for the first time, and I was genuinely impressed by both the service and the food—they exceeded my expectations. The Longhorn and Cuban sandwiches were fantastic, and the bread pudding was absolutely divine. I didn't get a chance to sample any of the bakery items, but they looked amazing. I highly recommend this place!

I Love me some 4 Rivers ...back in the day. Man alive, they were delicious even with the long lines and the parking lot circus of the original Winter Park spot. Nice delicious tender smokey brisket sandwiches of good size. Yum. Anyway, they've been hit or miss for years because I'm just not into small expensive portions and pot roast brisket. And it doesn't help I have those delicious memories looming about, whenever I'm in. It's just they've commercialized too much is all and there's other similar such choices out there now. They're still pretty good, I'm just I'm in more like once or twice a year instead of once or twice a week.

So so good! Best bbq ribs I've had in a while. We ordered this meal to go and it was phenomenal. The ribs were to die for and the brisket was delicious. The bread pudding was absolutely Divine, the entire family commented on how delicious every side was and how delicious the meat was. We define foundation new favorite bbq place. Worth giving this place a try!
