Hello, I wanted to talk to you about my disappointment about the removal of the cheese cake that had been on your card for several months and that I discovered some time ago. It quickly became my favorite pastry shop, thanks to its flavours and lightness, the subtlety of associations, a beautiful success, as gustative as well as visual! Yesterday we unfortunately learned that he no longer existed and we are very disappointed!!! We appreciate the original and bony pastries, they had become a must every week. I was lucky to have a basket too good to go and I could taste the best baba rum. The finesse and lightness characterize Pier Marie's pastries, a pleasure for taste buds!

So good. Never disappointed. For now the best pastry I've ever eaten at home will remain the emotion at the pistachio. Light, airy, not too sweet. My 5-year-old swears only by the PM lemon pie!!!
