Anthony at the Slidell site should not deal with customers. Rudeness to the extreme. It won't be back. Manager said she'd talk to him. I told her it wouldn't help because he seems to be an angry person with a chip on his shoulder. Not fresh fries. Soggy and barely ankle.

The price is a little high. But what's wrong? People spend $7 or more for a cup of coffee. Five guys are still the best Hamburgers everywhere!!! I'm sold to life!!

No limit on price increases. Every time you go in there, the prices go up. I once saw my laces down for a second and the burgers rose in the price by a dollar. I grill every summer, I know how much the ingredients cost. If you want to calculate gourmet prices, open a gourmet berry joint. Until then, make yourself real. There are numerous competitors with more realistic prices. It's meat and potatoes. You don't kill anyone. If that remains upright, they will be out of operation.

Robinson shop is the most bad thing when it comes to its equipment and runs, today the shop is not even open at 12 o'clock because servers are down. How hard is it to add, subtract, multipy? Get a calculator for your loyal customers!

NEVER AGAIN!! Was favorite for years but after being refused access the the bathroom and told to order first I will never spend a dime at Five Guys. I Asked for manager was told manager was outside. No manager outside. I Call the number on the Five Guys sign, manager repeated this policy. Hand washing and using the restroom is priority upon dining.
