Lov Bakery - Los Angeles

I ordered cookies for delivery and was disappointed to find that they were cold and hard. I was looking for soft, fresh, vegan baked goods so I decided to treat myself to a bakery, but I regretted it immediately. The cookies and even the brownies were clearly frozen and not fresh. Since it's a carry-out only location, there was no opportunity to address my concerns with anyone. I will be sticking to Trader Joe's vegan cookies in the future instead of risking another letdown from this pseudo-fancy rip-off bakery. Thank you for nothing.

I am very happy that this place exists! You must try the jam-filled shortbread cookies, they are even delicious when frozen!

I recently googled deserts on Google maps since I had just had a nice dinner with my wife.First of all this this place really has no cashier only lockers and one person giving out orders. Idk if the person works for LOV bakery but be warned.There is a number you receive via text once you place your order if you have any concerns.The real reason I gave this bakery 3 stars is because the the cookies came out stone cold. It hurt to bite into it then. On top of that the wait time was 30 minutes.I can't believe it took someone 30 mins to take these cookies out of the fridge and hand them to me.It would have been nice if they were room temperature so I could at least enjoy one in my car.As far as taste goes the chocolate chip was decent nothing really special about it, a little salty even.The Jammy shortbread cook was pretty good. I definitely didn't have any complaints about the taste.I'm not sure I would come back for just the shortbread cookies especially if they are not going to be ready to eat once I pick em up and have to wait another 30 mins.

I was given some of the organic vegan chocolate chip cookie and it was by far the best vegan cookie I've tried so far. I ate like 4 in a siting and I couldn't get enough of them. Didn't hurt my sensitive stomach which is a bonus. 10/10 definitely recommend trying them will buy from them!

If you like interesting sauces and robust flavors you'll love this place. I got three different tacos and all were amazing. You can tell they care about their food and their customers. I also felt they were being very conscientious during Covid and felt safe and comfortable. Next time I'm back in LA I will stop by again.
