As a group of 6 (3 adults 3 kids) we turned up to a young female member of staff at the door who didn 't greet us, she just said booking? We had booked and were shown to our table.... Still no smiles etc.... Once at out table another older female came over with an equally sullen face and simply said drinks ? When I asked where the drinks are on the menu and could we have 5 mins to decide she rolled her eyes and said 'most people know when they come in '. It was at this point we left. I am absolutely appalled at the rudeness and will definitely not be giving them a second chance.

Not one to leave reviews often but I felt like I needed too after the service we recieved. We both asked for medium-well done steak and received after just over an hour two medium-rare looking steaks, with blood rushing out. A complete desert boot look-a-like. Small portion of vegetables and food was bland as anything. For what you pay, not worth it at all. After receiving the bland meal we had to pay an extra 2.50 for a pot of sauce to go with the steak which I thought already came with the meal. steak was already £19.95 Some of the staff were rude, passive agressive one in particular and another one who stared at you as if you was scum of the earth.. After our pudding very nice however ice cream was melted , we waited for a good 15 minutes with empty drinks and plates so then decided to walk up to the bar and ask for it ourselves not once but twice. Very dissapointing overall and wasn’t worth the price at all.

Ribeye was pretty bad. Not sure where it was sourced but had no flavour at all. Nut even seasoned to compensate. Also not cooked enough to learn up the connective tissue in the meat. It was pretty rare, which I don't mind fur an appropriate cut, but this one needed more imo. Potatoes were nice with it and the veg was ok. Not much veg though. Over all, way too expensive for what was served up. And the beef was poor.
