The restaurant was closed when we showed up. what a disappointment. how can the table allow booking for a closed restaurant. it was the birthday of my sohnes and the solemn lunch was pampered for the open table and the restaurants

Eating was ok, but they didn't have many things on the menu. They arranged before our booking to tell us that the card machine didn't work, but not tell us that there was no coffee machine. that was a problem because my man only drinks coffee. they did not tell us that the menu was reduced as it sold out. there were only 2 others in the restaurant when we arrived and another 4 went in while we were there. so there were less food for them as we had ordered the last 2 ripening. drink service was slow, so it was eating, but it was delicious and hot when we got it. the service fee has been added, but we do not feel that it has been earned. it won't go again.

The food was luxurious and definitiw worth every penny will come back

Went for lunch for hubby’s birthday. We were the only ones there. We chose the burger meal as was on special offer for less than £9 for a main which is amazing. Burger itself was a bit dry but the bun, salad and chips were tasty. The staff/server was super nice. I would definitely go there again- the restaurant feels wow in side with its chandeliers and they also have music nights too.

Great food and service, there are lots of restaurants in Loughton and if you haven't tried this one yet i highly recommend
